Finish Transcendence. It doesn't have to be perfect, it's already awesome.
Work in 48 kHz / 24-bit.
Map your Nektar slider to CC11. Check the manual, if that doesnt work just let me know!!
Find a reference track for a soundtrack-type music, film/game score, etc. you love for next month's soundtrack piece.
Create a rough version or a section of the track, just the main idea whenever you have it.
Notes on Transcendence
Start straight on the main theme with the big section.
Simplify the percussion, mostly hits on the one, but it's actually quite OK for now, just make it less busy.
Let the orchestra swell in with expression, and hold back a little bit before the very very end.
Add a second climax at the end and let it ring out longer.
Try the chords from the end of the call (added 7th, E minor) with a counter melody. Or just keep it as is and move on with a new track.
Use big ensemble patches and avoid diving too deep into Vlns 1, 2, etc, because it actually sounds a bit "weaker" than ensembles.
