1: Who is this course for?

Cinematic Music: From Idea To Finished Recording is a course aimed towards beginner to intermediate composers that want to get a solid understanding of the fundamental principles and techniques that have the biggest impact on your work.

It is for people that struggle to take their musical ideas into full compositions, hitting roadblocks on the way, and need a structured process to help them finish tracks consistently, and of quality.

It is for people overwhelmed by the amount of information out there, given the fact that you could study each field of composition, orchestration, digital mockups and production for 4 years each – and want an all-in-one course that filters out all unnecessary information, and focuses on the main key elements that will be the most important to master in the beginning of your composing journey.

It is for people that want to increase their efficiency while composing, getting more reliable methods for coming up with themes and melodies quickly, writing better counter melodies and ostinatos without relying on luck, and structuring their compositions more confidently – mastering the principles of complexity and power.

In short, it is a course for composers in the beginning of their journey that want an all-in-one resource to get them to a place where they can create cinematic tracks effortlessly and consistently, so that they can improve and build on their foundational skills over time.

2: Who is this course NOT for?

This course is not intended for professionals that have years of experience orchestrating, mixing, and composing cinematic tracks on a professional level. It is aimed towards people in their first years of exploration, that needs an all-in-one resources.

It is not for people who are not willing to put in the work. This course is a roadmap, with very powerful tools and principles. But they only work if you do. For each principle and exercise, I would recommend spending at least 10x as much time putting it into practice and internalizing the concepts.

It is not for people who have never used a DAW or sample libraries before, and have never attempted to make their first tracks on a computer. Basic knowledge of recording, and using sample libraries are highly recommended to get the most out of the course. If the complete essentials are needed, Cinematic Music: The Essentials is a better fit.

3: How does the course work?

This course is based on an 8 module structure, that runs over 8 weeks, with one module unlocking every week. This will allow everyone to discuss the topics with each other each week, and truly immerse themselves into the key principles of the module before moving on to the next topic. Each module is packed with content, and laid out to allow for hours of exploration and experimentation, and work on the assignments. When immersed in this way, and with focused work on one key area at the time, the absorption and retention of information is much higher.

4: What if I am not happy?

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy, and we don’t want your money. We value our students, and only want happy learners in our courses. It’s honestly the best for everyone. So if for any reason you are not happy, reach out to us within 21 days of purchase, and we will refund you every single penny of the course price.

5: Are there any additional discounts?

We don’t want any unhappy students.

If we didn’t meet your expectations, get in touch within 21 days of purchase,
and we’ll give you every penny back – no questions asked.

But we’re so confident you’re gonna dig the course,
we’re willing to take that risk.

If you for some reason want a refund, no problem,
we’ll issue it to you and even let you keep the bonuses.

So, see you on the inside?

When we got started out in the creative industries, one of the hardest parts of making progress was the lack of proper feedback and guidance from existing professionals in the industry.

The feedback we did get was fairly superficial and did not really take our personal goals, aspirations and unique strengths into the equation.

We want to change this with the Evenant Platinum Tier. We don’t only want to give our students access to weekly feedback on their assignments, but to dive into your personal goals and aspirations, and find out how we can help you reach your unique goals – and give weekly feedback based on this.

This will be achieved through a personal 30 minute private call with one of our tutors in the beginning of the program, where the aim is to to map out your goals, your previous experience and strengths, and what you seek to get out of this program.

We will then use this as the foundation to give personal feedback on your weekly assignments, give you an exclusive access to our tutors and course author, and assist you in any way we can.

After the 8 weeks is up, we want you to gain a sense of clarity of what to focus on, how you can improve, and how you can bring the most value to the industry to make yourself an attractive resource.
